The MOI3 LG platform is fitted to SEAT, Škoda and Volkswagen. We repair it at component level, with 12 firmware updates already tested in the workshop and the navigation maps ready for the units of this family.
The codes are read in the unit's service menu: if you know which one you have in your hands, you already know whether it is covered.
We work on the faulty component: the unit comes back with its own coding and its own VIN, ready to refit.

The way forward is replacement: we supply the spare part already configured to the VIN and ready to fit. Alternatively we supply the spare part alone and code it remotely, but this only for partner workshops that have our equipment.
