The banner is there to ask permission for the cookies whose presence is not essential: analytics, profiling and advertising ones. There are none of those here, so there is nothing to authorise.
Putting a banner where it is not needed is not an extra precaution: it trains people to press "accept" without looking, and it is a practice the Italian data protection authority discourages. We would rather tell you how the site is built.

Many sites load their typefaces from Google's servers. It is convenient, but it means your IP address reaches Google before you have even seen the page — and an IP address is personal data.
On our site the typefaces are copied and served from our own server: when you open a page your browser contacts nobody except us. It is not a formality: it is the reason this page can be so short.
Even though there is nothing here to block, every browser lets you see and delete cookies from its own settings, usually under "Privacy and security". Careful: if you block the technical ones too, signing in to the client area stops working, because the site can no longer remember that you are logged in.
If one day we add analytics tools or anything else, this page will be rewritten before, and a genuine consent request will appear, with the option of saying no without losing the use of the site.
